Job Description: The position will entail participation in the entire software development lifecycle, from definition of business and functional requirements to deployment. The developer will work directly with the product and project manager, as well as a small team of developers.
This position involves development of Rich Internet Applications using Macromedia Flex.

Desired Qualifications: " You must be smart, motivated, and excited about working with emerging web technologies. This precedes all other requirements! " Experience with ActionScript 2.0 " Some experience with ActionScript 3.0 is preferred but not required " Some experience with Macromedia Flex 1.5 is preferred but not required " Some experience with Macromedia Flex 2.0 is preferred but not required " Experience with Flash Media Server is a plus " Experience with relational database design " Thorough understanding of web development, including standards compliance " Expertise in application usability " Strong communications skills and willingness to be part of a tight-knit team.
